We all encounter times of discouragement, confusion, dryness, struggles and transitions and wonder where God is and what He is saying to us. Spiritual direction provides a safe space with a skilled practitioner to explore the depths of our questions to experience God’s steadfast love and constant presence in our lives. Soul care and spiritual direction are ancient practices giving people access to the quiet, unhurried space to focus on the movement of the Spirit of God in their lives.

As a Christian spiritual director, I am a prayerful listener and guide to direct women and men to the voice of the Holy Spirit based on biblical truth as they reflect on the story of their lives. This may involve times of silence and prayer along with interactive dialogue to lead the directees into the experience of a more intimate relationship with the God who loves them and has called them for a purpose.
