Individual Spiritual Direction

$95 per hour
The first session will be free of charge.

As a spiritual director, I am a “holy listener.” My role is as a spiritual companion to listen to you as the directee as well as the Spirit. I provide a safe place for you to ask your questions and state your concerns about your relationship with God and his calling on your life. Our interaction is about noticing God’s movement in your life as the Lover of your soul.

One hour session in person or remote by Zoom, Facetime or phone. The usual rhythm of meetings is once a month.

Group Spiritual Direction

Available to an already formed group.
Cost to be determined by the nature and size of the group upon request.

Group direction can be a rich experience. Upon request, I will lead a group you organize in a two-hour time of sharing, reading scripture, meditating and reflecting back on what was gleaned from God, yourself and others. Usually this entails the practice of Lectio Divina or divine reading of a passage numerous times being given cues to how to listen and respond.

Retreat Speaking & Leadership

Available to your church or organization.
Cost determined based on nature and length of retreat.

I am available to speak at retreats whose purpose is to invite people into a deeper relationship in Christ. These can be of varying lengths—from a morning up to a weekend. I am also open to invitations to lead silent or meditative retreats also of varying lengths. I would provide materials for these silent or meditative retreats.

Consultation

$95 per hour or by contract

I have almost two decades of consulting with churches in areas of program start ups, projects, transitions and women in ministry. If you have interest in discerning whether I could assist you, please contact me.

Contact Susan

I am glad you stopped by the Still Waters. My name is Susan Nash, founder and spiritual director. You can discover more about me and my spiritual journey under About. I founded Still Waters in Spring 2023 because of the desperate need in our times to be intentional about the care of our souls, not just our bodies, since they are interconnected and we seek to live in wholeness.
